পঞ্চায়ত আৰু গ্ৰামোন্নয়ন বিভাগৰ দ্বাৰা ৰূপায়িত হোৱা মহাত্মা গান্ধী এনৰেগা আঁচনি সমূহৰ ওপৰত কোনোধৰণৰ অভাৱ-অভিযোগ থাকিলে ইয়াৰ তৎকালীন নিষ্পত্তিৰ বাবে জিলা সমূহত ইতিমধ্যে একোজনকৈ Ombudsman (লোকপাল) নিয়োগ কৰা হৈছে। ইয়াৰ জৰিয়তে গ্ৰামাঞ্চলৰ ৰাইজে উক্ত আঁচনিৰ লগত জড়িত কোনো অভাৱ-অভিযোগ থাকিলে, সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়াগৰাকীক জনাব পাৰিব।
Ombudsman-এ এই অভাৱ-অভিযোগসমূহ সুক্ষ্মভাৱে বিশ্লেষণ কৰি সমাধান কৰিব আৰু প্ৰয়োজন সাপেক্ষে আনুসংগিক কিছু বিষয়ৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত গুৰুত্ব অনুসৰি ঊৰ্ধতম কৰ্তৃপক্ষক অৱগত কৰিব, যাৰ ভিত্তিত সমস্যাসমূহ চালি-জাৰি চাই সমাধানসূত্ৰ উলিওৱা হ'ব।

The Panchayat and Rural Development Department has already appointed one Ombudsman (Lokpal) in each district for immediate resolution of any grievances on the Mahatma Gandhi NREGA schemes implemented by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department. This will enable the people of rural areas to inform the concerned officer if they have any grievances related to the scheme.
The Ombudsman will carefully analyze and resolve these grievances and, if necessary, inform the higher authorities of certain related matters according to their importance, on the basis of which the problems will be investigated and resolved.
